Bitrix24 is steadily losing ground on the Ukrainian market. According to Google Trends, interest in Bitrix24 in Ukraine dropped from 75 to <25 in the last 12 months. Thousands of businesses are looking for alternatives. Planfix is one of the strongest options. Here is a deep comparison.

1. Origin and legal status

Bitrix24 is a Russian product. In 2022 the Ukrainian NSDC sanctioned «1C-Bitrix», founded by Sergei Ryzhikov (RU). Using it brings legal and reputation risk.

Planfix has neutral jurisdiction, EU servers, Ukrainian-speaking team and active localisation.

Winner: Planfix

2. Data security

Bitrix24 hosts data on servers we don't control. Legal cases, financial data, customer bases — all going to a sanctioned company\'s infrastructure.

Planfix uses EU servers, GDPR-compliant. With n8n + Planfix we keep automations on your servers.

Winner: Planfix

3. Pricing

Bitrix24: from $61/month for 5 users (Standard) to $249/month for 100. Many features locked behind expensive tiers.

Planfix: $5/user/month on standard tier. 100 users = $500/month — about twice as much in licence, but all features unlocked from day one.

Verdict: for teams up to 30 Planfix is cheaper. For 50+ teams Bitrix24 has slightly cheaper licence, but extra modules eat that saving.

4. Flexibility and customisation

Bitrix24 — closed builder. Changes need a developer or complex bots.

Planfix — basically a platform-builder. You configure fields, statuses, pipelines, permissions for your unique processes without code. Complex automations live in n8n.

Winner: Planfix

5. Integrations with Ukrainian services

Bitrix24: basic Nova Poshta, Rozetka — exists, but quality is questionable.

Planfix: via n8n we connect everything: Nova Poshta, Monobank, Checkbox, Diia.Pidpys, Vchasno, OpenDataBot.

Winner: Planfix

6. Learning curve

Bitrix24: cluttered UI, many modules. Team needs 2-4 weeks.

Planfix: simpler UI, but feels empty without proper setup. Team productive in 1-2 weeks after our training.

Tie with Planfix advantage (with experienced integrator).

7. Support

Bitrix24: official RU support unavailable. Ukrainian partners help when they can.

Planfix: official Ukrainian support. Active integrator community.

Winner: Planfix

Conclusion

For Ukrainian SMB in 2026, Planfix is the safer, more flexible and cost-efficient choice. Bitrix24 might still make sense for very large corporations with heavy infrastructure investment — but even there the trend is clear.

Frequently asked questions

Can Bitrix24 data be migrated without losses?

Yes. Contacts, companies, deals across pipelines, tasks, files and communication history move in full. The real question is not whether it is possible but what is worth carrying over: the base and active deals certainly, while leads closed three years ago usually belong in an archive rather than cluttering the new system.

How long does the switch take?

A typical SMB project runs from two weeks to about six weeks. The timeline is driven not by data volume but by how many processes have to be rebuilt and how fast decisions come from the client side.

What does not migrate automatically?

Business processes, robots and triggers — there is no shared automation format between systems, so they are rebuilt by hand. The same goes for permissions, reports and marketplace apps. Data almost always moves; working logic never moves by itself.

Can we keep working during the migration?

Yes. The old system stays live until cut-over and both run in parallel for a few days. A freeze point is agreed separately — after it new data goes only into the new CRM.

What about the corporate portal and chats the team is used to?

This is the most common question when leaving Bitrix24. Some features have direct equivalents, others are replaced by familiar messengers integrated into the CRM. The key is to establish before the switch what is actually used daily and what was simply enabled and never needed.
