Frequently asked questions
How many marketplaces can we connect?
There is no technical limit. Pricing follows the number of channels: the first is the most expensive because the logic is built there, the rest are cheaper.
Our marketplace SKUs do not match ours. What then?
We build a mapping table. It is routine but mandatory work — without it stock sync misbehaves and you start selling what you do not have.
Can we skip stock sync and only pull orders?
Yes, and that is the fastest start. Stock is added later, once the order flow runs reliably.
Do you support fiscal receipts?
Yes, we connect Checkbox or an equivalent so the receipt is issued automatically on a status change.
