Our website offers intangible services in the form of man-hour packages for:

All services are provided remotely, with no physical delivery of goods.
Payment Method
Payment is made online via Monobank acquiring. After payment confirmation, the client receives:
- An email with order details
- An act of services rendered (upon request)
- Access to the service according to the selected package
Tax Status
We operate as a Sole Proprietor, 3rd group on the unified tax system, in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine:
- We provide intangible services, not goods
- We are not subject to the mandatory use of a fiscal cash register (RRO)
- All payments are recorded through banking services, ensuring transparency and reporting

🔹 Why don't I receive a fiscal receipt?
We provide intangible services (CRM setup, technical support, consulting), not goods. According to Ukrainian law, a Sole Proprietor (3rd group) providing services is not required to use a fiscal cash register (RRO) if the income limit is not exceeded.
🔹 Do you operate officially?
Yes. We are registered as a Sole Proprietor, 3rd group on the unified tax system. All payments are processed through Monobank acquiring, which ensures transparent financial reporting.
🔹 Can I get a payment confirmation?
Of course. After payment, you will receive:
- Transaction confirmation from the bank
- An email with order details
- An act of services rendered — upon request
🔹 What if I am a legal entity?
For legal entities, we can issue an invoice and provide an act of work performed according to the selected service package.
🔹 Will anything change if you start selling goods?
Yes. If we add goods (e.g., licenses, equipment), we will be required to use a fiscal or software cash register, in accordance with legal requirements.
