You already know who a CRM integrator is and why you need one. Now for the hardest part — choosing the right partner from dozens of companies on the market. The wrong choice can cost you not only money but also time and your team's trust in the idea of automation. Here are the key criteria to pay attention to.

1. Experience and Specialization

Don't look for a "jack-of-all-trades" who implements 50 different CRMs. Look for an expert. Ask:

  • Do you have experience working with companies in my niche (e-commerce, manufacturing, services)? An integrator who has worked with online stores will understand your needs better than one who has only automated real estate developers.
  • Which 2-3 systems do you specialize in? Deep knowledge of a few systems is better than a superficial knowledge of dozens.
  • Show me your case studies. Ask to see 1-2 implemented projects similar to yours. This is the best proof of competence.

2. Work Methodology

A professional integrator doesn't start with the phrase "which CRM should we install?". Their process looks like this:

  • Audit and Analysis. First — a deep dive into your processes, interviews with the team, problem analysis.
  • Technical Specification. The result of the audit should be a document that clearly describes what will work and how.
  • Phased Implementation. The work should be broken down into understandable stages with clear deadlines and results.

If you are immediately offered to "quickly set something up" without analysis — this is a red flag.

3. Team and Communication

You will have to work closely with these people for several weeks or months. Make sure you are comfortable communicating. Pay attention to:

  • Who will manage your project? You need a dedicated project manager who will be your single point of contact.
  • How quickly do they respond to requests? The speed and quality of communication during the sales stage often reflects how they will work with you later.

4. Post-Implementation Support

Implementation is not the end, but the beginning. Business changes, new tasks arise, and refinements are needed. Find out:

  • Does the company offer technical support packages?
  • What is the response time to requests?
  • Do they help with the further development of the system?

Common Mistakes When Choosing

  • Choosing the cheapest. A cheap price often means a lack of experience, which will end up being more expensive due to the need to redo everything.
  • Evaluating only technical skills. The ability to understand your business and speak the same language is more important than the ability to write complex code.
  • Not documenting agreements. Everything you have discussed must be documented in the contract and technical specification.

Choosing an integrator is like choosing a doctor for your business. Don't rush, check carefully, and trust those who ask the right questions, not just promise quick results. Our team is always ready to discuss your project and demonstrate our expertise.
