Scenario 1: Planfix → Telegram (manager reminders)
Business need: a card sits 24+ hours without activity — the manager forgot about the client.
How it works: Planfix webhook → n8n → checks responsible manager → posts to private Telegram chat.
Implementation: 2-4 hours.
Scenario 2: Planfix → Google Sheets (daily report)
Business need: CEO wants a morning pipeline overview without logging into Planfix.
How it works: Cron at 9 AM → n8n pulls Planfix REST API → aggregates by manager → writes to Sheets → posts link to Telegram leadership channel.
Implementation: 4-8 hours.
Scenario 3: Planfix + Nova Poshta API (delivery status)
Business need: clients ask «where\'s my package?» — manager looks up TTN on Nova Poshta site. 10 min lost per inquiry.
How it works: n8n polls Nova Poshta API every 30 min → updates «Delivery status» field in Planfix → optional SMS via TurboSMS.
Implementation: 1 day.
Scenario 4: Planfix + ChatGPT (auto lead classification)
Business need: 100+ leads per day across channels — managers can\'t qualify them all.
How it works: new lead → n8n calls OpenAI / Claude with classifier prompt → gets JSON with quality, industry, urgency → tags Planfix card → routes hot leads to specific manager.
Implementation: 1-2 days. Included in «Business» package.
Scenario 5: Planfix + Monobank (auto-record payments)
Business need: client paid an invoice — manager manually opens bank statement, finds payment, marks «Paid». 5-10 min per payment.
How it works: Monobank webhook → n8n searches Planfix deal by payment comment / amount → if found, status «Paid» → runs shipment script. If not, creates a task.
Implementation: 1 day.
